Now you need to enter the little power station building. Open it and connect the cables as Panam asks. Grab it along with some other supplies then return to the hood of the car. Panam pulls the car around and tasks you with grabbing the car battery cable from the trunk.

Then you'll need to get to the roof of the building to scan the "power source" or fuse box. Panam has a plan, though, and she'll need your help to get the power going again.įollow her to the building with the big "Broken" tag on it and you'll need to scan a few things. They'll point out that nothing has power. All you need to do is use your scanner on three things around V. When you arrive in the less than impressive Rocky Ridge, you're tasked with scouting the area.

Chat with Panam again during the car ride or skip the mission if you wish. Get back into the car and Panam drives V to Rocky Ridge, an abandoned town that was promised to be part of the city but didn't quite make it. Follow Panam back to the car and load the trunk with the crate. V can't interact with anything while they're carrying the crate. She'll grab a big gun and you'll grab a big crate.

Follow Panam through the camp and enter the tent. If you don't have time to explore the camp now you can always explore later.
